• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable
• Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating disputes with your payment provider.
